Minimum Term
All subscriptions require a minimum term of one year, whether you:

Free Delivery and Setup
All garden bags & frames and garden wheelie bins are delivered and setup for FREE.
Please Note:
We supply the garden bags & frames and the garden wheelie bins for your use as part of the service, but they remain the property of Green Collect. If your subscription is cancelled, we will collect our property on your next scheduled pickup, which will also be your final charged collection.
Scheduled Pickup Date Reminders
Account Setup & Pickup Dates: When you sign up, we will set up your account in our system and fit your collection into the appropriate collection cycle. Once set up, you can log in to view your account as well as your future pickup dates.
Email Reminders: You will receive email reminders one day before each scheduled collection.
Important Notice for Dog Owners
If you have a dog on your property, you must either:
Select kerb-side subscription as your service option, or
Contact us before placing your order.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in us not being to provide property collection services.

Available on 4-weekly subscription cycles.

No postponements allowed during the initial term.
After the initial term, two postponements per year are allowed.

Considering a 240L bin on 8-weekly? 
We recommend a 120L bin on 4-weekly subscription for more consistent service.
Thinking about a 600L garden bag on 8-weekly? We recommend a 240L bin on 4-weekly subscription instead.

Weekly & Fortnightly Subscriptions
Our standard service operates on a 4-weekly subscription. However, we offer weekly and fortnightly collections in select Auckland regions.
This service is ideal for:

Rest homes
Gardeners who require more frequent waste removal
We can arrange multiple garden bags or bins and schedule weekly or fortnightly pickups accordingly. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Extra Collections
Need an additional pickup between your scheduled collections?
Login to your account and request an extra collection via the client portal.
If extra collections aren’t available in your area, we’ll provide additional garden bags and collect both the regular and extra waste on your scheduled 4-weekly pickup day.

Delivery will take place within 2–3 working days of placing your order. You don’t need to be home for the delivery — we’ll drop off your garden bag or bin at your property, and an information pack confirming your subscription details will be emailed to you.
Your green waste garden bag or garden wheelie bin is designed for organic green waste only, including:

Please Note:
We do not offer an 8-weekly garden waste service. If you’re looking for a less frequent option, we recommend choosing the 4-weekly 240L garden bin, which suits most homes and provides great value for regular green waste.
To ensure a timely collection, please have your garden bag or garden bin ready and visible by 7:00 AM on your scheduled collection day.
If you’ve signed up for kerbside wheelie bin collection, make sure to place your bin at the kerbside no later than 7:00 AM on your collection day.
When you sign up, you’ll receive an information pack, your invoice/receipt, and details of your first collection date via email.
To help you stay on track, we’ll also send you an email reminder one day before each collection.
You can also check your upcoming collections anytime by logging into your account through our website’s Customer Portal.
If you are a wheelie bin customer on a kerbside collection plan, please ensure your bin is placed on the kerb by 7:00 AM, facing the road on your scheduled collection day.
If the bin is not on the kerb, our driver will attempt to retrieve it from your property, provided there is clear and safe access. In such cases, a $3.00 property service fee will apply and be invoiced separately.
