✅ Minimum Term: Whether you prepay for the full year and get the 50% off for the first 6 months, or you pay every 4 weeks with our PayAsYouGo option, all subscriptions have a minimum term of one year, unless otherwise arranged prior to signing up.

Setup and Deliveries

 ✅ Free Delivery & Setup: All garden bags & frames and garden wheelie bins are delivered and set up for FREE.

 

Scheduled Pickup Date Reminders 

 ✅ Account Setup & Pickup Dates: When you sign up, we will set up your account in our system and fit your collection into the appropriate collection cycle. Once set up, you can log in to view your account as well as your future pickup dates.

✅ Email Reminders: You will receive email reminders one day before each scheduled collection.

 

Important Notice for Dog Owners

 If you have a dog on your property, you must either: 

✅ Select Kerb-side subscription as your service option, or 
✅ Contact us before placing your order. 

Failure to notify us in advance may result in us not being to provide property collection services.

 

Service Options 

  120-Litre Wheelie Bins

✅ Available on 4-weekly or 8-weekly subscriptions.
✅ For more frequent pickups, check the weekly & fortnightly service area map.
❌ No postponements during the initial term.
✅ After the initial term, two postponements per year are allowed.

 

240-Litre Garden Bins

✅ Available on 4-weekly subscription.
✅ For more frequent pickups, check the weekly & fortnightly service area map.
❌ No postponements during the initial term.
✅ After the initial term, two postponements per year are allowed.

 

600-Litre Garden Bags

✅ Available on 4-weekly subscription.
✅ For more frequent pickups, check the weekly & fortnightly service area map.
❌ No postponements during the initial term.
✅ After the initial term, two postponements per year are allowed.

 

Recommendations for Your Needs 

💡 Considering a 240-litre garden bin on an 8-weekly subscription? We recommend a 120-litre bin on a 4-weekly subscription for more consistent service. 

💡  Thinking about a 600-litre garden bag on an 8-weekly subscription? We recommend a 240-litre garden bin on a 4-weekly subscription.

Weekly & Fortnightly Subscriptions

 Our standard service operates on a 4-weekly subscription. However, we offer weekly and fortnightly collections in select Auckland regions.

✅ Gardeners who require more frequent waste removal

 We can arrange multiple garden bags or bins and schedule weekly or fortnightly pickups accordingly. Please contact us to confirm availability.

 

Extra Collections 

 Need an additional pickup between your scheduled collections?

✅ Login to your account and request an extra collection via the client portal.

✅ If extra collections aren’t available in your area, we’ll provide additional garden bags and collect both the regular and extra waste on your scheduled 4-weekly pickup day.
